What's New with the Lohmer Family?
New Jobs, a New Dog and new family members!
Ruth and I both have new jobs and we have a new dog named Ginger. Ruth is working for the
City of Sugar Land as a Planner II and I am following my calling into ministry. I am the Director
of Recreation Ministries at Sugar Land First United Methodist Church, the rec side is called the
PARC. I will be posting some pictures of Ginger and the rest of the family in the photo album.

News from Tyson's Desk
All I can say is the new dog is crazy! She is cute though but man does she need
to grow up and calm down. She tears up the yard, the house, and she took over
my crate! Dad tells me since I am such a good dog I can have the WHOLE house
as my new crate. I thought it was a good deal so I accepted. It is fun when mom
and dad let Ginger out to play. We play in the house, outside, and like to follow
mom around the house. We would follow dad but he is usually the one who
sends us to our crate so we hang out with mom a lot. On another subject, I have
informed Dad of certain areas in need of special attention. I noticed we were
leaving our hair everywhere around the house, and kept tracing dirt into the house
from outside. Dad asked if I wanted to get a job and pay to have the carpet
cleaned or stop going outside. I gave him "the look", you know, the one where I
always get my way. And I did, no job, clean carpets, and vacuumed hair! Well,
until next time...Keep Waggin' that Tail!
News from the Desk of Ben Lohmer
Ben Lohmer here to update you on the state of the family. The state of the family
is exceptional. We are so happy with our new jobs and the house is becoming
more a home day by day. We have been working on getting the home cleaned up,
repaired, and organized quite a bit recently. Some great news from the financial
sector, we have been able to set ourselves up to pay the house off in 8 more
years. What is so exciting is that number keeps dropping! Our goal was to have it
paid off before we were 35 and now it is going to happen! On the flip side, we
were hit pretty hard by taxes this year! Nuts! We do have a garden in place and
will have much of the following to share, corn, watermelon, tomatoes, and squash.
